New town houses for Bristol
Detailed planning submitted for new houses off York Road, Bristol.
Our design for a terrace of 7 town houses has been submitted this month for detailed planning by the planning department of Savills Bristol office.
The crescent form of the scheme echoes the shape of the site boundary with St Johns Road. Each three-bedroom house is arranged over three floors; the ground floor rooms access onto a garden deck built over communal car parking at lower ground floor level.
A decision on the scheme is expected in September.
