One of two contemporary style single-storey houses built as part of the re-development of a former Victorian School near the centre of Bath.
Constructed of coursed natural stone and cedar cladding under a zinc roof the internal floor level is 1.5m above natural ground level to avoid any risk of flooding.
Ramps and an electric external stair lift were incorporated to adapt the house for its disabled owner
