The development of 12 apartments was built on the site of a redundant 1960's garage block. The form of the building was informed by the irregular shaped site, an impressive copper beech which is protected by a tree preservation order and the listed boundary wall which edges the site.
The contemporary appearance of the building addresses the post war design of the adjacent apartment block.
The selection of natural materials echo the surrounding 1930's housing stock and the 19th Century St Martins Hospital building which is located near by.
High performance powder coated aluminium windows and doors add to the crisp, contemporary appearance of the exterior.
